Xinda Elevator accessories Factory is a wholly-owned subsidiary
under Ningbo Xinda Group Co., Ltd. The company has a complete set of world
top manufacturing inspection equipments and modern workrooms. The factory
is the biggest professional elevator spare parts manufacturer in the elevator
field in China, and it is mainly producing elevators、escalators and their
spare parts.
The company
absorbs and digests advanced technology of elevators continuously, absorbing
high-class talents of science and technology actively, affiliating modern
idea of scientific management, dedicating ourselves to promoting the
quality of the products. At the same time, we have established favorable
cooperation with many major elevator manufacturers home and abroad.

| HISTORY AND DEVELOPMENT |
Looking back at 35 years of company history. In 1972,
the former ’Xinda’ was Zhejiang Yin County Donewu Town Western Village
Machinery Repair and Supply Factory . In 1978, it was renamed as
Zhejiang Yin County Elevator Accessory Factory and in 1987 it was
changed into Ningbo Xinda Elevator Accessory Factory. The company
premises cover an area of 196,000m2, with a total build up floor
space of 125,000m2.Today approximately 1,200 staffs are working
for Ningbo Xinda Group Co.ltd., including about 300 professional
technicians and engineers.
Within only 11 years,’Xinda’ has developed into a world-leading
and national famous manufacturer of mechanjcal and electrical components
with a notable market share in the field of elevtor,escalator and
screw air compressor thchnology.For several years the market share
of our main elevator machines has been kept over 15%,palying a leading
role in the domestic market.The Group has become a candidate of
the global Top 500 enterprises.It is also considered as one of the
national main high-tech enterprises,and ranking as one of the largest
mechanical enterprises in Zhejiang province. For several times

The ‘xinda’main products successively win six championships of
“National Consumer Satisfying Products”
The trade name of Xinda has become one of the “Famous
Trade Names”over the years.And ‘Xinda’traction machines
also have become a famous product not only in Zhejiang province,but
also around the globe.
In 2005,Xinda was given the honorary title of
“Ningbo Honest Enterprise”

Now the technical standard of ‘Xinda’main products has reached
international level.At the same time,the development is continuously
in progress and the ‘Xinda’is heavily investing into international
advanced technology from Europe and Japan,as well as advancde
management methods.
‘Xinda’has also achieved ISO9001 and ISO 14001 approval and additionally
the worksite management is implementing Kaizen,the method of 6S.
Since 2002,’Xinda’speeds up building an information system by
using ERP(Enterprise Resources Planning) to enhance the inner
network communication and productivity. In addition,Xinda makes
use of engineering information analysis system(CAD/CAM/CAE) for
developing new techniques and a version of Kandan for improving
the product flow.
In order to compete with the changing market and fierce competition,’Xinda’
actively develops its distribution and service network, building
up 16 subsidiary companies and more than 200 agents both in domestic
and international markets around the globe.
To provide a reliable service for the market and the final consumers
as well ,’Xinda’ sets up high efficient and professional installing
and maintaining teams as well as a quick-response after sales
service system with several cooperation partners worldwide.

| TEST&PROCESSING |
| First-class equipments are the necessary guarantee for manufacturing
the high quality and reliable safe product .’Xinda’is using machinery
manufactured by the internationally-leading companies in the field
of testing and processing equipments, including an automatic production
line from “FinnPower”,CNC worm grinding machine made by “Pfauter,Oerlicon,Saacke,Okuma,Deckel
Maho,Nigata”,”Trumatic” laser cutter made by “Trumpf Germany” and
gear measuring equipment made by “Klingelnberg”,2 units of “Wenzel
Micron-star”, and a fully equipped electrostatic powder coating
line from “Wagner” Germany. Also in use are horizontal/vertical
processing center, bending machine, multi-position punch press and
plasma cutting machine from Japan, turning center from the US,and
NC lathe from Taiwan. With this high standard of equipment in place,Xinda
is in a position to manufacture most products in-house ,being less
depending on outsourcing. Thus high quality of Xinda products will
be guaranteed by using the satate-of –the-art manufacturing and
testing equipments as above mentioned. |

The goal for the future development of ‘Xinda’ is to become an
“Internationally Advanced Manufacturing Enterprise”
In order to realize it ,’Xinda’ will go on following their spirit
